At Haven Mall, we are committed to delivering high-quality Home & Kitchen products, Smart Storage Organizers, and Modern Bathroom Essentials. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect item.
  • The product has missing parts or accessories.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
  • Items without original packaging or missing components.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request within the allowed return period.
  2. Provide:
  • Order number
  • Product photos/videos showing the issue
  • Reason for return
  1. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • After the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The product meets return eligibility requirements.

Refund Methods:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.


5. Replacement Policy

Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • Replacement stock is available.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch may be treated as a return once delivered.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error from Haven Mall (wrong or defective item), return shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • If the return is requested for personal preference, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Quality Check & Approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection. Haven Mall reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject returns based on product condition.
  • Deduct reasonable charges if products show signs of use or damage not reported earlier.

9. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video.
  • Report the issue immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide proof may affect return eligibility.

Haven Mall reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be reflected on our official platform.
