1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
- You received the wrong product or an incorrect item.
- The product has missing parts or accessories.
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items (unless defective).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Submit a return request within the allowed return period.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product photos/videos showing the issue
- Reason for return
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- After the returned item is received and inspected.
- The product meets return eligibility requirements.
Refund Methods:
- Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Replacement Policy
Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- Replacement stock is available.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch may be treated as a return once delivered.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error from Haven Mall (wrong or defective item), return shipping charges will be covered by us.
- If the return is requested for personal preference, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Quality Check & Approval
All returned products undergo a quality inspection. Haven Mall reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject returns based on product condition.
- Deduct reasonable charges if products show signs of use or damage not reported earlier.
9. Damaged Package on Delivery
If the outer package appears damaged:
- Record an unboxing video.
- Report the issue immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide proof may affect return eligibility.
